How to find your Consumer Confidence Report
A Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is your public water system's annual water-quality report. It is the best next source for local regulated-contaminant results, treatment information, and notices that may be newer than a national data release.

Confirm the supplier first
Look at a water bill or ask the property manager for the utility name and EPA Public Water System ID. ZIP boundaries and water-service boundaries do not line up perfectly, and one ZIP can contain more than one supplier.
Search by system name and year
Visit the utility or local government's website and search for “water quality report” or “Consumer Confidence Report,” followed by the reporting year. EPA and state drinking-water agencies also provide links or contacts when a local report is difficult to locate.
Read the report's scope
Check the system ID, reporting year, source-water description, detected-contaminant table, violations, and any lead service-line or treatment notices. The annual report describes the system; plumbing inside a building can still affect water at a particular faucet.
